National running day June 1

National Run Day is Wed June 1. How do you plan to celebrate it? Would anyone be interested in meeting for a semi-early run at the Greenway or park by Westview? Should be cooler in the morning and it could be a family thing. Bring the kids, let them ride bikes or bring your stroller and push while you run/walk.  I'll be there--I know, big incentive HA!

    Would 7 or 8 (or somewhere in between) be better for you? I ran at 7:15 this morning and thought I would croak because it was so hot and muggy. Blech! If we run the greenway it is shady and not in a circle but if we run the park then the older kids have a place to play while we run. Do you have a preference?

    Another runner says she can meet us at 8:30. Will that work? Preference as to place?
